輕穩(wěn)型水田耕整機(jī)是我公司在多年耕整機(jī)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，綜合各種耕整機(jī)械的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛征求用戶意見，用優(yōu)選法和統(tǒng)籌法相結(jié)合，科學(xué)設(shè)計，多次改進(jìn)，反復(fù)驗證，精心研制成功的，于2005年通過省級鑒定。該機(jī)采用165、175柴油機(jī)為動力，單人操作，工作輕松、耕整質(zhì)量好，工效是耕牛的3－5倍。其顯著特點(diǎn)是：

l、重量輕，步跟式機(jī)重65公斤左右；乘座式100公斤左右。

2、平穩(wěn)性極好，整機(jī)重心高度比一般的低80－100毫米；柴油機(jī)位置低70毫米；支撐面積大，分布合理。

3、犁底、犁頭、犁壁用鋼板壓制成型，并用螺栓連接，可拆可調(diào)。

4、可以同時帶蒲滾和耙；可以打左犁。左右耕耘，同樣平穩(wěn)。

5、功率消耗低，生產(chǎn)效率高。

6、具有自動安全保護(hù)性。即當(dāng)工作負(fù)荷超過正常工作負(fù)荷兩倍時，驅(qū)動輪將不再前進(jìn)，由此避免了機(jī)械構(gòu)件的破壞，以致保護(hù)了人身安全。該機(jī)是目前水田耕整較理想的農(nóng)機(jī)具。

英語說明：

The light and stable paddy field cultivator was developed  successfully by our scientific research personnel’s based on the experience of many years of researching cultivator and synthe-sizing the excellences of all kinds of cultivators。who skid for consumers’suggestion widely and used optimization method  and critical path method，designed by trial and error。The cult-ivator  adopts 165F and 175F diesel and had been judged by Hunan  province in 2005，which  is single-worker operation，relax  work，good  effect and  whose effeciency is 3 to 5 times of farming cows。The main features are the fo1lowings：

1、Light quality．The quality of double-wheel walking  cultivator  is 65 kg，the quality of the type seat is 100 kg。

2、Very good stability．Because of the height of bar ce-nter of the whole machine is 1ower 80 to 100 mm and the location of diesel is lower 70mm than the common level,then the wide supporting area and the rational distribution。

3、Removable and adjustable．The share，colder and mo1-dboard was modeled by pressed steel and connected by bolt。

4、Adopting roller and harrow together perhaps．It may beleft-colder and it can cutivate on both left and right side stably。

5、Lower power consumption and higher efficiency。

6、Possessing self safeguard．When the work 1oad surpasses twice of the natural work load,the driving wheel don’t walk f1orward to avoid destroying parts and protect personal safe。
